These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website eliteresumewriter.com and our resume writing, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization, and related career services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website, purchasing a package, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of our website or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

Elite Resume Writer provides professional career document services, which may include:

  • Professional resume writing and editing
  • Cover letter writing
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Free resume reviews
  • Career consulting and related services

The exact deliverables, turnaround, and number of revisions depend on the package you purchase. Specific package details are described on our Packages and Prices page at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through our secure payment processors, which currently include Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

We reserve the right to change prices, package contents, or promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and confirmed.

4. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

We stand behind our work with our 60-Day Interview Guarantee. If you do not land an interview within 60 days of receiving your completed resume, we will provide a full refund and a free rewrite of your resume.

To qualify for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have received your final, completed resume from Elite Resume Writer.
  • The 60-day period begins on the date the final resume is delivered to you.
  • You must be actively applying to positions that reasonably match your experience, qualifications, and career goals during the 60-day period.
  • You must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 14 days after the end of the 60-day period to make a claim.
  • You must provide reasonable evidence of your job search activity if requested (for example, a list of positions applied to).

The guarantee applies to our paid resume writing packages and does not cover free resume reviews or services purchased at a substantial discount through promotions, unless expressly stated.

5. Turnaround Times & Revisions

Standard turnaround times are listed on each package’s description and typically begin once you have submitted all required information through our intake form or consultation. Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by client responsiveness, holidays, or other reasonable factors.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your first draft. Revisions outside of this window or beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the best possible results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your work history, education, skills, and career goals.
  • Respond to questions and revision requests from your writer in a timely manner.
  • Review drafts and provide feedback within the timeframes communicated.
  • Not submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Elite Resume Writer is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the final resume, cover letter, or other deliverable for your own job search and professional purposes. Drafts, templates, formats, and methodologies developed or used by Elite Resume Writer remain our intellectual property.

All content on the eliteresumewriter.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Resume Writer or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential and use it solely to deliver your Services. We do not sell or share your personal information except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may, with your written consent, use anonymized portions of your story as testimonials or case studies.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality career documents, we make no warranties or guarantees about specific employment outcomes, interview offers (beyond the 60-Day Interview Guarantee terms above), salary increases, or career advancement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Resume Writer’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost opportunities, or lost profits.

10. No Guarantee of Employment

Elite Resume Writer provides professional career document services. We do not guarantee employment, interview offers (except as specifically set out in the 60-Day Interview Guarantee above), promotions, salary outcomes, or any other specific result from using our Services. Your career outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, including labor market conditions, your qualifications, and how you present yourself throughout the hiring process.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or for any other reason permitted by law. You may stop using our Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
